Amazon Label Cropper
Cut Amazon labels to a full-size 4x6 picture, read the SKU from the invoice and the ship date from the label, and print them sorted by ship date.
- Runs in your browser — nothing uploaded
Download labels together with their invoices, as Seller Central gives them.
How Amazon Label Cropper works
- Add the Amazon PDF
Drop the file containing labels and their tax invoices. It is read on your device only.
- Label cut to 4x6
Each label picture is cut from its A4 page and placed on 4x6 at full size.
- SKU and ship date read
The SKU comes from "ASIN ( SKU )" in the invoice. The ship date is read from the label with on-device OCR and checked against the order id.
- Sort and caption
Labels sort by ship date, then SKU, colour and size. The caption goes in a blank band inside the label when there is one.
- Export or print
Optionally keep each invoice behind its label, then download or print.
Reading a label that has no text
Amazon labels arrive as a single picture on each A4 page, so there is no text to select. CropMyLabel reads the SKU from the tax invoice page or pages printed after each label, where the description lists the ASIN with the SKU in brackets.
The ship date is read straight off the label picture using OCR that runs in your browser. It is only accepted if the order id printed beside it also reads back correctly. If not, the date is left out and the label is flagged, so you never pack against a wrong date.
Couriers covered
The same tool handles labels for Amazon Shipping, Delhivery and Speed Post, since all of them arrive as label pictures followed by invoices. You can keep each invoice directly behind its label in the output if you put invoices inside parcels.

What sellers ask about it
- Is it really free?
- Yes. Every feature is free, with no plans, no trial, no sign-up and no limit on labels, captions or sorting.
- Are my files uploaded anywhere?
- No. Your PDFs are processed inside your browser on your own device and never uploaded. Once the page has loaded, it even works offline.
- How is the ship date read if the label is an image?
- Text recognition runs on your device. A date is only used when the order id next to it reads back correctly; otherwise it is left out and the label is flagged.
- Where does the SKU come from?
- From the tax invoice that follows each label, where the item description shows the ASIN with the SKU in brackets.
- Can I keep the invoices?
- Yes. Turn on the option to keep each invoice behind its label and they print in order with their labels.
- Which Amazon labels are supported?
- Label PDFs for Amazon Shipping, Delhivery and Speed Post that follow the usual label-then-invoice layout.
