How it works

How Flipkart Label Cropper works

  1. Add your Flipkart PDFs

Drop the label files downloaded from your seller dashboard. Nothing is uploaded.

  2. Automatic crop

The narrow label box above the dashed tear line is cut out from the sides and below, removing around 85% of the page.

  3. Choose stock size

The label fits 4x6 at roughly 108% and 3x5 almost 1:1. Exact crop size and A4 are also available.

  4. Sort and caption

Labels are grouped by registered seller and then SKU, with SKU, size, quantity and crop time printed underneath.

  5. Export or print

Get one PDF with sharp barcodes, or print directly.

A layout made for small stock

Flipkart (E-Kart) prints its label in a narrow box at the top of the page, followed by a tear line and the tax invoice. Once the label is cut free it is close to a 3x5 shape, which is why it fits 3x5 almost exactly and 4x6 with a small enlargement. Either roll gives a clear, full-size barcode.

Sorting when there is one carrier

Since every Flipkart parcel goes to the same carrier, courier piles would not help. Labels are instead grouped by the registered seller name, which is handy if you run more than one account, and then by SKU so identical products come out together.

What it does

  • Crops the label box above the tear line, dropping about 85% of the page
  • Fits 4x6 at about 108% and 3x5 almost 1:1
  • Grouped by registered seller, then SKU
  • Caption with SKU, size, quantity and crop time
  • Vector output keeps barcodes sharp
  • Duplicate orders and unrecognised pages flagged
  • Summary pages with seller tallies and a CSV pick list
Questions

What sellers ask about it

Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no plans, no trial, no sign-up and no limit on labels, captions or sorting.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your PDFs are processed inside your browser on your own device and never uploaded. Once the page has loaded, it even works offline.
Is 4x6 or 3x5 better for Flipkart?
Both work well. 3x5 is almost a 1:1 fit and uses cheaper stock; 4x6 enlarges the label slightly and leaves more room for the caption.
Is the tax invoice kept?
No. The crop keeps the label box above the tear line. If you need invoices, print the original file separately.
I have two seller accounts. Can I tell their labels apart?
Yes. Labels are grouped by registered seller, and the summary pages tally parcels per seller.
What if a page is not a Flipkart label?
It is flagged and passed through whole, never cut to a guessed shape.
