How it works

How Meesho Label Cropper works

  1. Add your label PDFs

Drop one or more Meesho label files onto the page. Everything stays in your browser.

  2. Check the crop

Each page is cut from the top of the label to just under the invoice "Total" row. Exchange labels, which have no invoice, are cut to the label alone.

  3. Pick size and invoice scale

Choose 4x6, 3x5, A4 or exact crop size, and adjust how much the invoice band is shrunk (70% by default).

  4. Sort and caption

Labels are grouped into Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax and Xpress Bees piles, then by SKU, with a caption showing SKU, size, quantity and crop time.

  5. Export or print

Download one sharp PDF or print straight away at actual size.

What gets kept and what gets cut

A Meesho page uses only the top half of the A4 sheet. The crop keeps the shipping label and the tax invoice up to its "Total" row, and drops the disclaimer and the empty paper below. The invoice band is shrunk so the address and barcode get more room on the sticker, and you can change that scale if your courier wants the invoice larger.

Courier piles that match your pickups

Labels print grouped by courier so packed parcels stack straight into handover piles. Valmo and ValmoPlus share one pile because they are collected together, and the summary lists the ValmoPlus share under the Valmo row separately so you can match each manifest.

Inside every pile, identical products print together, so packers pull stock from each shelf once.

  • Duplicate orders and unrecognised pages flagged
  • Optional dispatch summary pages and CSV pick list
Questions

What sellers ask about it

Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no plans, no trial, no sign-up and no limit on labels, captions or sorting.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your PDFs are processed inside your browser on your own device and never uploaded. Once the page has loaded, it even works offline.
Will the barcode still scan on a 4x6 label?
Yes. The label stays as vector content, so it is redrawn sharply at the new size rather than blurred. Print at actual size or 100% with margins set to none.
Can I drop the invoice altogether?
Yes. The invoice is kept by default because it is part of the shipment paperwork, and you can shrink it. If you do not need it on the label, turn off "Keep the Meesho tax invoice" in Settings and each label ends just under its Product Details. If an invoice has no readable Total row, it is kept whole and the page is flagged rather than cut short.
What happens to exchange labels?
Exchange labels have no invoice, so they are cropped to the label alone and sorted with the rest of the batch.
Why are Valmo and ValmoPlus in one pile?
They are handed over together, so one pile is more practical. The summary shows one Valmo row, with the ValmoPlus share listed underneath it for the manifest.
Can I process several Meesho files at once?
Yes. Add as many files as you like; their pages are combined, sorted and exported as one PDF.
