Why the SKU comes from the invoice
Snapdeal prints the SKU on the label with its hyphens stripped out, which makes codes like "KUR-BLU-XL" hard to read and hard to sort. The invoice half of the page has the proper SKU, so it is read from there before that half is discarded. Your caption and sorting use the SKU you recognise.
Multi-item parcels
When one label covers more than one item, it is flagged with a note such as "2 items on one label — check before packing". That small warning saves a lot of returns from parcels sent with a piece missing.
