Found a label that was not recognised, or cut in the wrong place? Email support@cropmylabel.com with the marketplace, the courier and what went wrong.

Please do not attach real label PDFs — they carry your customers’ names, phone numbers and addresses. A description, or a copy with personal details blacked out, is enough.

Feature ideas are welcome at the same address.
