How it works

How Merge PDF works

  1. Add your PDFs

Drop two or more files. They are read in your browser and never uploaded.

  2. Pick page ranges

Type ranges per file such as "1-3, 7, 10-end", or "9-7" to take pages backwards.

  3. Arrange pages

Drag pages to reorder them, interleaving pages from different files if you like.

  4. Export

Download one merged PDF with the original content kept sharp.

Precise page ranges

Each file has its own range box. Use commas to list pages and ranges, "end" for the last page, and a descending range to reverse order. "5, 1-2" takes page 5 first and then pages 1 and 2.

Quality and privacy

Pages are copied as they are, so text, lines and barcodes stay vector and sharp. Password-protected files show a badge and can be unlocked by entering their password, all on your device.

What it does

  • Merge any number of PDFs into one file
  • Per-file page ranges, including "end" and backwards ranges
  • Drag to reorder and interleave pages across files
  • Rotate, duplicate and delete pages
  • Undo and redo
  • Unlock password-protected PDFs with their password
  • Vector content preserved in the output
Questions

What sellers ask about it

Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no plans, no trial, no sign-up and no limit on labels, captions or sorting.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your PDFs are processed inside your browser on your own device and never uploaded. Once the page has loaded, it even works offline.
Can I take only some pages from each file?
Yes. Enter a page range for each file, like "1-3, 7, 10-end".
Can I merge images?
No. Only PDF files are accepted, not JPG or PNG images.
Will merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied without being turned into images, so they stay sharp.
