Every CropMyLabel feature, explained
CropMyLabel is a free label tool for Indian marketplace sellers that runs entirely in your browser. Every feature below is free, with no plans, no trial and no limit on captions or sorting. Your PDFs never leave your device.
Marketplace tools
Each marketplace has its own tool that understands its layout:
- Meesho: crops to just under the invoice "Total" row, shrinks the invoice band (70% by default) and groups by courier.
- Flipkart: crops the narrow label box above the tear line and groups by registered seller, then SKU.
- Amazon: cuts the label picture to 4x6 at full size, reads the SKU from the invoice and the ship date with on-device OCR, and sorts by ship date.
- Snapdeal: splits the landscape page, reads the SKU from the invoice half and flags multi-item parcels.
- AJIO: matches each 4x6 label to its A4 invoice using barcodes, with no cropping needed.
- Mixed batch: auto-detects each page’s marketplace, so you can drop everything in at once.
Captions
A bordered two-row table under each label shows the SKU across the full width, then size, quantity and crop time (or ship date for Amazon). Two SKUs print in full; three or more show the first with "+N more". The caption is drawn at final print size, adjustable from 60% to 220%, and you can add one line of your own text above every label.
Page sizes and sorting
Choose Crop (exact label size), 4x6, 3x5 or A4 per tool. Labels turn sideways automatically when that fits the stock better. Sort by courier then SKU, by SKU (design, colour, size), by colour, by size, or keep file order. Sizes follow one scale, so 3XL and XXXL sort together, numbers sort as numbers and Free size goes last.
Summaries and pick lists
Optional dispatch summary pages, sized to your stock, list each SKU, size and colour with parcel and unit counts, plus tallies by courier and by seller. The same data appears in the on-screen summary tab and downloads as a CSV pick list.
Page grid
Every page appears as a thumbnail you can work with directly:
- Drag to reorder, including interleaving pages from different files.
- Multi-select with Shift or Ctrl, or select all.
- Rotate, duplicate and delete pages; the Delete key works too.
- Undo and redo with Ctrl/Cmd+Z and Shift+Cmd+Z.
- Per-file page ranges such as "1-3, 7, 10-end", "5, 1-2" or "9-7" to take pages backwards.
- Password-protected PDFs show a badge and can be unlocked with their password.
Manual crop
For anything automatic cropping does not cover, drag a crop box with eight grips. "Find content edges" snaps it to the printed area. Apply it to the current page, the selected pages or all pages, or remove it. The box size is shown in millimetres.
Safety checks
Pages that are not recognised are flagged and passed through whole, never cut to a guessed shape. Duplicate orders or AWBs in a batch are flagged. Amazon ship dates that cannot be confirmed are left out and flagged, and unmatched AJIO labels or invoices are flagged rather than guessed.
Export, offline use and PDF tools
Export gives one PDF with vector content preserved, so barcodes stay sharp. Files are named with the date and time, like labels_2026-08-30_15-32-45.pdf. You can turn on auto-download for batches with nothing flagged, or print straight away. Settings are saved per tool on your device.
Once loaded, CropMyLabel works offline and can be installed to your phone or computer home screen. For everyday PDFs there are also Merge, Rearrange and Crop tools.
CropMyLabel does not accept JPG or PNG images, convert scans into text, convert to Word, edit text or sign documents. It focuses on doing labels well.
