Meesho labels on 4x6 thermal stock, step by step
Meesho sends labels as A4 pages with the label and tax invoice in the top half and mostly empty paper below. On a 4x6 thermal printer that wastes space and shrinks the barcode. This walkthrough takes you from the downloaded PDF to a printed stack of 4x6 labels, sorted by courier, in a few minutes.
Step 1: Download the label PDF
Download the labels for your ready-to-ship orders from your Meesho supplier panel as usual. You can process one file or several at once. There is no need to rename or edit them.
Step 2: Open the Meesho tool and add your files
Open the Meesho tool in CropMyLabel and drop the PDFs onto the page, or click to choose them. Everything is processed in your browser; nothing is uploaded. Each page appears in the page grid with its crop already worked out. If you added several files, their pages can be reordered and interleaved by dragging.
Step 3: Check the flags
Look for flagged pages before printing. A page that could not be recognised is passed through whole instead of being cut to a guess. Duplicate orders or AWBs in the batch are also flagged, which catches the common mistake of downloading the same labels twice. Exchange labels are fine; they have no invoice and are simply cropped to the label.
Step 4: Choose 4x6 and adjust the invoice
Set the page size to 4x6. The crop keeps everything from the top of the label down to the invoice "Total" row, so your sticker carries both the shipping label and the tax invoice. The invoice band is shrunk to 70% by default to leave more room for the address and barcode. If your courier partners want the invoice text bigger, raise the scale; if you want a larger label, lower it.
The whole crop is then scaled to fit 4x6. Because it is taller than a bare label, it is scaled down slightly, but it stays vector content, so the barcode remains sharp.
Step 5: Set the caption and sorting
Switch on the caption to print a small table under each label with the SKU, size, quantity and crop time. It is drawn after scaling, so it stays readable on 4x6. Adjust caption size between 60% and 220% if needed, and add one line of your own text above every label if you like, such as your store name or a packing note.
Leave sorting on "Courier then SKU". Labels print in Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax and Xpress Bees piles, with identical products together inside each pile. Turn on summary pages if you want an item list and courier tally at the front of the PDF.
Step 6: Export and print
Export to get one PDF named with the date and time. You can also use the print button directly. In the print dialog, set scale to actual size or 100%, margins to none and paper size to 4x6. Print one label, scan it with your phone, and then print the rest. Your settings are saved on this device, so next time it is just drop, check and print.
